Half Hitch Brewing Company is a family-owned and operated microbrewery located in beautiful Cochrane, Alberta. They brew onsite, with their regular line – Farmers Daughter, Shotgun Wedding, Fire & Fury, and Papa Bear. They are one of the first craft breweries to jump onto the Alberta market and since 2016, it has been their mission to create handcrafted ales to serve the amazing people. You will find unique, specialty beers as well as simple styles to assure that all those who come to our taproom and restaurant have a style to choose from.
