Pivot Spirits Craft Distillery is Southern Alberta’s Irrigated Farm Craft Distillery. Owners Lars (Larry) Hirch and Rachelle Fiset grow grain under pivot sprinkler irrigation systems on their farm and transform them into unique premium spirits. Sustainable farming and distilling practices abound. Enjoy specialty cocktails under the solar panel covered patio paired with pizza and snacks in the restaurant open Fridays and Saturdays from 11 am to 9 pm. Stop in for a spirit tasting and purchase Monday to Saturday.
