Calgary International Film Festival
The Calgary International Film Festival is a 12-day celebration of visual arts and cinema, screening more than 200 multi-genre films from Canada and more than 40 other countries. It is highlighted by a series of gala events, projections, award ceremonies and special presentations. A large number of participating filmmakers – both local and from abroad – are connected with the audience through interactive post-screening question-and-answer periods, networking events, discussion panels and film talks open to the general public.
