Canadian Grain Elevator Discovery Centre

A remaining row of 3 unique prairie icons built in 1927 and 1929. They have been the center of economic and cultural activity for nearly one hundred years. Located in friendly Nanton, Alberta, the Canadian Grain Elevator Discovery Centre has been established to inform visitors and elevator enthusiasts about the railway, grain elevators, and Alberta’s agricultural history. Big plans are in the works to create an improved museum experience as well as the creation of public spaces!
