Corn Maze and Country Clutter Decor

The Corn Maze & Word Scramble: This attraction invites families and friends to test their navigation skills in a large corn maze featuring a challenging new design every year. To add some friendly competition, visitors can participate in a weekend Word Scramble. Letters from a secret 7-to-12-letter word are hidden throughout the maze; those who find them all and unscramble the word can win a prize, which can be claimed inside the store.

The Sunflower Patch: A dedicated portion of the maze is planted with beautiful sunflowers, serving as a stunning backdrop for photos while supporting local bees and wildlife. Guests can purchase fresh stems while they are in bloom, up until the September long weekend. All proceeds from these sunflower sales are donated to the Stollery Children’s Hospital, in partnership with the Messner Family Lemonade Stand in Grimshaw.

Yard Games & Relaxation: The property is fully equipped to maximize outdoor family outings with plenty of activities and spaces to unwind. Features include two sandboxes, Giant Jenga, climbing bales, a mini hay bale maze, and tetherball.

Photo Booths: Picture-perfect rustic settings are arranged around the yard to capture memorable moments. Visitors can share their experiences using the hashtag #kochcountrycornmaze.

Sitting Areas: Benches and chairs are placed throughout the property for relaxation. On chilly autumn days, a toasty fire is lit under a unique grain bin gazebo (“binzebo”). Convenient rustic outhouses are also located near the store and maze.

The Decor Store: The welcoming on-site shop invites guests to step inside and browse. The store features a wonderful variety of local crafts, seasonal decor, fresh florals, and tasty snacks to enjoy during the visit.
