Sit at their bar overlooking production, while munching on classic Dutch Café food, prepared in-house at their café. Factory tours are also available for your enjoyment. They have a wide selection of artisan cheeses, such as gouda, Havarti, and white cheddar, in an assortment of flavors, as well as a growing selection of specialty imported cheese.
