Olia Ristorante is the latest project from renowned chef Daniel Costa, offering a refined and welcoming Italian experience in the Citizen building on Jasper Avenue.

Born from the evolution of the restaurant Uccellino, Olia features a seasonal menu primarily inspired by the culinary traditions of Central and Northern Italy. The menu showcases exceptional handmade pastas, flavorful main courses (secondi), and an exclusively Italian wine list.

The space, characterized by its elegant and modern design, is crafted for celebratory moments while remaining warm and accessible.
